Meeting Rooms
Our Blake Community Room and Conference Room are available for use by non-profit groups benefiting the Somers community. Please review our meeting room policy, complete the application, and contact the Library Director for scheduling.
Study Rooms
The library has four study rooms available to provide a quiet area for reading and studying. Adults and high school students may request a room at the main desk. No more than four occupants per room. Audio equipment must be used with earphones.
There are several computers you may use at the library. We have PCs with internet access and Microsoft Office software, and Chrome Boxes with Google products. All are available for high school students and adults. There is a limit of three hours of use per day per patron. Printing is available for 15¢ for each black and white copy, and 50¢ for each color copy.
You may access WiFi at the library on any mobile device. Search for 'Somers Public Library' under WiFi network options. No password is needed.
If you need to fax a document, see us at the Circulation Desk. We can send it for you for just $1 per page (this includes any cover page). We can also receive a fax for you for 50¢ per page.
Photocopying is available at the library for 15¢ for each black and white copy, and 50¢ for each color copy. Ask at our Reference or Circulation Desks for any assistance you may need.
Free of charge notary services are available Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Thursdays from 12:30 p.m. to 8 p.m., and one Saturday per month (call to find out availability). Please bring identification and unsigned documents.
